Refund policy

Government fees are collected by, or on behalf of, the Vietnamese Immigration Department and, in general, are non-refundable once an application has been submitted. This applies regardless of the outcome of the application. If you are unsure whether an application has been submitted for your case, please contact us.

Our service fees may be refundable in the following situations:

• You cancel your order before we have begun reviewing your case.
• You cancel within the timeframe stated at checkout, provided we have not yet completed the service.
• We are unable to provide the service due to circumstances on our side.

Where we have partly performed the service, a proportional refund may be offered.

Optional add-ons (for example expedited handling or extra document review) are refundable in line with the same rules as the service fee, subject to any work already completed.

Because approval is decided by the Vietnamese Immigration Department, refunds are not available on the basis of a visa refusal alone. However, if we made an error that materially affected your case, please contact us and we will look into it.

Email us at support@swiftvietnamvisa.com with your order reference and a short description of the reason. We aim to respond within one business day and to complete valid refunds within 10 business days.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank timings for refunds are outside our control.
